I would estimate I have somewhere between 12,000-15,000 comics, which works out about right if you estimate that they cost somewhere between 2 and 3 dollars a piece.Hate Filled Posterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00965492342916144479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9238015.post-1140200234843236132006-02-17T13:17:00.000-05:002006-02-17T13:17:00.000-05:00Think I should make it a regular feature?http://ww...Think I should make it a regular feature?

http://www.nearmintheroes.com/2006/02/what-i-bought-25-edition.html

Kinda makes the list a little more interesting getting all the feedback.Hate Filled Posterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00965492342916144479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9238015.post-1140114011302760042006-02-16T13:20:00.000-05:002006-02-16T13:20:00.000-05:00Ha! The industry estimate of $20/week is $1040/year, and I'm sure I spent way more than that last year, even without my discount.

Compared to other stuff, comics are far and away my largest discretionary expense; DVDs and alcohol are probably a distant second. My final floppy tally ended up being 11 comics for $33.37. 3 Marvel, 3 DC (2 Vertigo), 1 each from Dark Horse, Image, Devil's Due, Moonstone and Mr. Comics.
